Shipping policy

IHOLICS is committed to delivering your eyewear as quickly and accurately as possible. Please review our shipping policy below.

  1. Shipping Locations
    We currently offer shipping within Australia and New Zealand only. We are unable to ship to other international locations. However, selected Limited Edition products may be eligible for international shipping, and shipping costs will vary depending on the destination.

  2. Shipping Method, Delivery Time and Charges
    Frames, myopia control contact lenses, Alcon and Bausch and Lomb contact lenses, as well as all accessories and eye care products are shipped via Australia Post. Delivery times typically range from 2 to 10 business days depending on your location, and remote areas may experience longer delivery times. All shipments require a signature upon delivery. Shipping fees are 18 dollars for Standard with Signature and 28 dollars for Express with Signature.
    ACUVUE and CooperVision contact lenses are delivered directly from the manufacturer. Myopia control contact lenses are excluded from this arrangement. Delivery times typically range from 2 to 10 business days depending on your location, and remote areas may experience longer delivery times. Free shipping applies to eligible products.

  1. Order Delays
    While we aim to process and dispatch orders promptly, delivery times may vary depending on stock availability or supply schedules. If a delay occurs, we will contact you directly with an updated estimated delivery timeframe.

  2. Order Cancellations
    Orders may be cancelled before dispatch. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact hello@iholics.com.au within 24 hours of placing your order. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.

  3. Order Tracking
    Once your order has been dispatched, Australia Post will send a tracking number directly to your registered email address. You may track your shipment via the Australia Post website.
