What is the digital strain?

Digital eyestrain is primarily attributed to reduced blink rate and blink completeness, leading to changes in the ocular surface and tear film. Digital eyestrain can also be caused by uncorrected refractive error or underlying binocular vision anomalies.

How to manage?

Choose anti-fatigue lenses with blue light cut is one of the best choice. Before to choose it, we highly recommend to have an eye exam to check vision, accommodation, fatigue, and dryness.
