Follow this steps

  • Wash Your Hands

Begin by washing your hands thoroughly with soap and water. Dry them with a lint-free towel to prevent any dirt or germs from getting into your eyes.

  • Prepare Your Contacts

Have your clean contact lens case and solution ready. This is where you will store your lenses after removal.

  • Look Up and Pull Down Your Lower Eyelid & Pinch the Lens

Using your non-dominant hand, gently pull down your lower eyelid to expose the lens. With your dominant hand, use your thumb and index finger to gently pinch the lens. Pinching it should be firm enough to grip the lens but not so hard that it pinches your eye.

  • Remove the Lens

Carefully pull the lens away from your eye while still pinching it. If it feels stuck, blink a few times or apply a rewetting solution to help loosen it

  • Place the Lens in the Case

Once the lens is removed, place it in the palm of your hand, apply a few drops of contact lens solution, and gently clean it. Then, store it in your lens case with fresh solution.
